Dunk & Grind is a Saturday morning social club built around coffee, music, good people and cold plunge.
For the purposes of data protection law, The Hot Box Co Social Spas Ltd is the controller of the personal information we collect and use in connection with Dunk & Grind.

8. Clyx and third-party platforms
Tickets and event access may be managed through Clyx. If you use Clyx to request access, buy a ticket or manage your booking, Clyx may also process your personal information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. We do not store full card details.
9. Event photography and video
We may capture photo and video content at Dunk & Grind events for social media, website, press and promotional use.
We will aim to be respectful and proportionate when using identifiable images. If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, please tell a member of the team on arrival or contact us at hello@dunkandgrind.com.
For close-up interviews, testimonials or featured content, we may ask for separate permission.
10. Cookies and website data
Our website is hosted on Wix and may use essential cookies or similar technologies that allow the website to function properly. We do not currently intentionally use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or other advertising pixels on the Dunk & Grind website. If we add analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential cookies in future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any cookie notice or consent options required by law.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
11. How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary.
As a general guide:
• waitlist and marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it
• ticketing and booking records may be kept for accounting, legal and tax purposes
• waiver and safety records may be kept for insurance, legal and risk management purposes
• incident records may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to manage any claim, complaint or legal obligation
• website data may be kept according to Wix or relevant website provider settings
