These Terms & Conditions apply to Dunk & Grind events, ticket purchases and use of the Dunk & Grind website.

By buying a ticket, requesting access, attending an event or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Dunk & Grind
Dunk & Grind is a Saturday morning social club built around coffee, music, good people and cold plunge.
Our events may include coffee, music, social activity, partner samples, cold plunge access, photography, filming and other related activities.

2. Age restriction
Dunk & Grind events are for guests aged 18 and over only.
We may ask for proof of age where necessary.

3. Event details
The first Dunk & Grind event takes place on:

Date: Saturday 8 August 2026
Time: 10am-12pm
Doors and coffee: from 9:30am
Venue: Protein Studios, Shoreditch
We may update event details where reasonably necessary. Any important updates will be communicated to ticket holders using the contact details provided at booking.

4. Tickets
Tickets are sold through Clyx or another approved ticketing platform.
Your ticket gives you entry to the event stated on your ticket, subject to these Terms & Conditions and any terms of the ticketing platform.
Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out.
Ticket prices may vary by release, including Founding Release, First Release and Final Release.

5. What is included
Unless stated otherwise, your ticket includes:
• entry to Dunk & Grind at Protein Studios
• coffee from 9:30am
• music throughout the event
• cold plunge access
• partner treats / samples, subject to availability
• access to the Saturday morning social experience

Cold plunge access is included in the ticket price. It is not an extra add-on. You do not have to take part in the cold plunge to attend the event.
Partner treats and samples are subject to availability and may vary.

6. Founding Release and access approval
Founding Release tickets may be opened first to waitlist members. Where the event is in request-to-join mode, requesting access does not guarantee a ticket. Once approved, you will be able to complete your ticket purchase through Clyx, subject to availability We reserve the right to approve waitlist members and manage ticket access at our discretion.

7. Refunds and cancellations by guests
Tickets are for a dated leisure event and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in these Terms & Conditions or required by law.
The usual online 14-day cooling-off cancellation right does not generally apply to tickets for leisure activities taking place on a specific date.
Tickets are non-refundable if you can no longer attend, change your mind, arrive late, do not attend, or choose not to take part in the cold plunge.

Refunds will only be offered where:
• the event is cancelled by us
• the event is materially changed by us
• a refund is required by law
• we choose to offer a refund at our sole discretion

This does not affect your statutory rights. Booking fees, processing fees or platform fees may be non-refundable depending on the ticketing platform or payment provider.

8. Ticket transfers
Tickets may not be transferred without our approval.
If you can no longer attend, contact hello@dunkandgrind.com. We may, at our discretion, allow a ticket transfer where operationally possible.
We are not obliged to approve transfers.

9. Event cancellation or changes by us
We may need to cancel, postpone, relocate or change the format of an event due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, venue issues, safety concerns, supplier issues, weather, operational reasons or low attendance.
If we cancel the event, we will explain the available options, which may include a refund, ticket transfer or credit for a future event.
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur in connection with the event.

10. Cold plunge participation
Cold plunge is optional.
Cold water immersion can involve risk and may not be suitable for everyone.
You should not take part in the cold plunge if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, serious circulation issues, open wounds, or any medical condition that could be affected by cold water.
You should also avoid taking part if you feel unwell, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have been advised by a medical professional not to take part in cold water immersion.
You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit and well enough to take part.
We may refuse or stop cold plunge participation where we consider it necessary for safety or operational reasons.

11. Waivers and safety information
Before taking part in the cold plunge, you may be required to complete a waiver, declaration or safety acknowledgement.
You must provide accurate information and follow all instructions given by Dunk & Grind staff, venue staff or cold plunge supervisors.
Failure to follow safety instructions may result in you being removed from the cold plunge area or the event.

12. What to bring
If you want to take part in the cold plunge, you should bring:
• swimwear
• a towel
• something warm to put on afterwards
• sliders or flip-flops if you want footwear around the plunge area
Changing facilities may be simple and light-touch. Dunk & Grind is not a full spa or leisure centre.

13. Guest behaviour
We want Dunk & Grind to feel welcoming, relaxed and respectful.
You agree to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, venue teams, partners and suppliers.
We may refuse entry or remove anyone who:
• behaves aggressively, abusively or inappropriately
• harasses other guests or staff
• ignores safety instructions
• damages property
• appears intoxicated or unsafe to participate
• disrupts the event

No refund will be given where you are refused entry or removed due to your behaviour.

14. Photography and filming
Photography and filming may take place at Dunk & Grind events for social media, website, press and promotional purposes.
By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in general event photography or video.
If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, please tell a member of the team on arrival or contact hello@dunkandgrind.com before the event.
We will aim to respect reasonable requests, but we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in wide crowd shots or background content.

15. Personal belongings
You are responsible for your own belongings.
Please do not bring valuables unless necessary.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items unless caused by our negligence.

16. Venue rules
You must follow all venue rules and reasonable instructions from the venue team.
The event takes place at Protein Studios, Shoreditch. Venue access, facilities and timings may be subject to venue requirements.

17. Partners and samples
Events may include partner products, treats, samples or offers.
Partner items are subject to availability and may vary.
We are not responsible for third-party products, offers or services provided by partners, except where required by law.
Please check ingredients, allergens and suitability before consuming any product or sample.

18. Allergies and dietary requirements
Coffee, drinks, food items or partner samples may contain allergens.
Please check product labels and ask staff if you are unsure.
We cannot guarantee that products or the venue environment will be free from allergens.

19. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for:
• loss or damage not caused by our breach or negligence
• indirect or consequential losses
• loss of enjoyment, travel costs or accommodation costs
• losses caused by events outside our reasonable control
• loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence

20. Website use
You may use our website for personal, lawful purposes only.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security, copy content without permission, or use the website in a way that damages Dunk & Grind or other users.
All website content, branding, copy, images, design and materials belong to Dunk & Grind or our licensors unless stated otherwise.
